Who we are

Farol Works is an independent digital product studio operating from Brazil, selling digital goods (templates and software tools) worldwide.

What you're buying

Our products are digital goods delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Each product page describes exactly what is included, the price, and the license before you pay. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where the checkout requires it.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by established third-party payment processors. Depending on the product and your region, the merchant of record for your purchase may be our payment partner, which will be clearly indicated at checkout and on your receipt.

Refunds

If a product doesn't work as described, or you bought it within the last 14 days and it isn't what you expected, email us and we will refund you. No interrogation. Consumers in Brazil additionally hold the 7-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Protection Code (CDC, art. 49); consumers elsewhere keep any rights their local law grants them — these terms never reduce statutory rights.

Licenses

Unless a product page says otherwise: purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive license for the buyer. You may use products in your own work, including commercial work; you may not redistribute or resell the product itself.
